Yours, yes: we only fly a property at the owner's or client's request. Flights are flown by a Transport Canada-certified RPAS pilot and planned against current Canadian aviation rules. Airspace is checked during flight planning, and if your site needs additional authorization, that comes up in the first conversation, before anything is booked.

Mapping needs low wind, and the multispectral camera needs steady light. If the day isn't right, I rebook. I'd rather wait than fly you bad data.

The delivery date is whatever I write in your quote, based on what your site needs. I process everything on my own machines here in Summerland, so your job isn't stuck waiting in someone else's queue.

You do. Once I hand the files over, they're yours. Everything published on this site is our own demonstration capture; client work appears publicly only with written permission.

I plan flights over your property. If a neighbour's land shows up at the edge of a frame, we never publish it.

Every job is scoped in a short call, then quoted in writing with explicit scope and deliverables. There's no public price list because terrain, area, and deliverables genuinely change the work. The quote spells out the scope, so there are no surprises. If the job changes, we talk about it before any extra work happens.

Yes. Anything that's a regulated professional's call (legal property questions, engineering sign-off, treatment decisions for your vines) gets handed to the right professional, and we say so up front. My data helps them make the call. It doesn't replace them.
