The flying

Aircraft, airspace, and weather.

Do you need permission to fly over my property?

Yours, yes: we only fly a property at the owner's or client's request. Flights are flown by a Transport Canada-certified RPAS pilot and planned against current Canadian aviation rules. Airspace is checked during flight planning, and if your site needs additional authorization, that comes up in the first conversation, before anything is booked.

What weather do you fly in?

Mapping wants low wind; multispectral wants consistent light. If the window isn't right, we rebook; data quality comes before the calendar.

How fast do I get my deliverables?

The delivery date is set in the written quote. Processing runs on our own machines, so your data never sits in a third-party backlog. For scale, the full-property demonstration twin in our digital twin lab took about 25 hours to process.

Data & privacy

Your property, your data.

Who owns the data you capture?

You do. The deliverables are yours. Everything published on this site is our own demonstration capture; client work appears publicly only with written permission.

What about my neighbours?

Flights are planned over the subject property. Incidental imagery of neighbouring properties is never published, ever.

And while we're on privacy: this site sets no tracking cookies. There's no analytics script watching you read this.

What happens to the information in my quote request?

It's used to respond to you, and for nothing else. No mailing lists, no resale, no "partners."

Working with us

Scope, pricing, and what you receive.

Where do you work?

The South Okanagan: Summerland, Penticton, Naramata, Peachland, Okanagan Falls, Oliver, Osoyoos, West Kelowna, and Kelowna.

How does pricing work?

Every job is scoped in a short call, then quoted in writing with explicit scope and deliverables. There's no public price list because terrain, area, and deliverables genuinely change the work, but the quote you get is the price you pay.

What formats do deliverables come in?

Georeferenced maps in NAD83(CSRS), plain-language PDF reports, interactive 3D you open in a browser, and point-cloud or mesh exports on request, all handed over in a shared client folder.

Are there jobs you don't take?

Yes. Anything that's a regulated professional's call (legal property questions, engineering sign-off, treatment decisions for your vines) gets handed to the right professional, and we say so up front. Our data supports those calls; it doesn't replace them.

Every inquiry gets a reply within one business day. Request a quote or see how a project runs.
