What it is

A record you own: your whole property, captured and dated.

We fly your entire property in a single visit and capture it as one complete record: high-resolution imagery, a top-down orthomosaic map, and an interactive 3D model. It's dated, GPS-located, and delivered to a folder that's yours. Open it, keep it, and share it with whoever needs to see it. Your insurer, your contractor, your roofer, or the next owner.

High-resolution imagery of everything

Sharp, full-coverage frames of the whole property: the house and every roofline, the outbuildings, the grounds, and the full acreage. It's a detailed record of what's standing and how it looks, shot from angles no ground-level photo reaches.

You receive: high-resolution full-property imagery · shared client folder

A georeferenced orthomosaic map

A single straight-down image of the entire property, stitched from a nadir mapping grid and georeferenced so distances and areas scale true. The whole place in one map, with everything in its real-world place.

You receive: top-down property orthomosaic · georeferenced in NAD83(CSRS)

An interactive 3D model

The whole property rebuilt as an interactive 3D model you can orbit, zoom, and walk through from any screen. The house, the rooflines, the outbuildings, and the grounds, all reconstructed in three dimensions. It's delivered through Sketchfab, so anyone you send it to can explore it.

You receive: a dated, GPS-located record · in a folder you own and share

Everything lands in a shared client folder that's yours to keep and share. It's a complete visual and 3D condition record you own, a dated and detailed picture of your whole property. It is not a structural, engineering, or insurance assessment.

Three ways in

Start with one structure, or capture the whole property.

There are three ways to put a dated record in your hands, and each tier includes everything in the one before it. Start with a single structure, step up to the full property condition record, or go all the way to a complete interactive digital twin and pre-loss baseline. Every tier is yours to keep and share.

The whole point · Before, and after

Capture the "before" now. Hold the proof if there's ever an "after."

A baseline only works if it's shot before anything happens. That's why you capture it now, while everything is intact. The record sits in your folder, dated and located. If wildfire, storm, or damage ever hits, we re-capture the "after," and you hold both side by side. Dated proof of exactly what was there and what changed. The slider below shows how that pair will read once your property is captured.

The "before": your dated baselineDemonstration capture · Summerland, BC

  • Dated & GPS-located · One complete record
  • Same vantage re-flown for the "after"

This is a demonstration capture, the kind of dated baseline you own once your property is flown: high-resolution and GPS-located, exactly what was there on the day. That's the "before." If wildfire, storm, or damage ever hits, we re-fly the same property from the same vantage to produce the matching "after," and you hold the two side by side as honest, dated proof of what changed. We don't show a fabricated client pair here. The "after" only exists once a real re-capture has been made.

Why now

The time to capture what you have is while you still have it.

A baseline is only worth something if it exists before the day you need it. In the Okanagan, that day arrives more often than anyone would like. The owners who hold a dated record are the ones who can show exactly what was there.

WILDFIRE

Wildfire & storm exposure

The Okanagan lives with real wildfire and storm risk every season. Capture your property now and you hold a dated record of exactly what was standing. If an event ever takes it, you're not rebuilding the picture from memory and old phone photos.

PROOF

Disputes turn on prior condition

When a claim or a contractor disagreement comes down to "what was there before," the owner with dated, located proof is in a different position entirely. A baseline you captured ahead of time is evidence of prior condition that you own, ready to share with the professionals who decide.

SALE

Pre-sale & renovation records

Selling, renovating, or handing a property on? A complete, dated record shows a buyer exactly what they're getting, documents condition before work begins, and gives you a clean reference point for everything that comes after.

You own the record and you decide how it's used. We capture and deliver it. The proof, and the call on what to do with it, stays in your hands.

Straight talk on what this is

What this is, and what it's not.

This is a complete visual and 3D condition record of your property: high-resolution imagery, an orthomosaic map, and an interactive 3D model, dated and GPS-located. It's for you and the qualified professionals you choose to bring in. Dated proof of what was there, captured for the owner and their insurer, contractor, or roofer to look at and work from.

What it is not is a structural, engineering, or insurance assessment. We capture and deliver the record. We don't assess, adjust, or handle claims, we don't certify or diagnose, and we don't carry out structural or engineering assessments. Reading the record and deciding what it means is the call of your insurer, contractor, or roofer. Our record gives them dated, detailed proof to work from. It doesn't replace their judgement.

How it runs

From a scope call to a record in your folder.

A full-property capture is a single, low-disruption visit, and the record lands in your folder a few business days later. Hold it once for the baseline, or refresh it on a schedule you set so a later capture compares cleanly to the first. It follows the same scope-to-delivery process as every Kendal Ventures aerial project.

Questions & answers

Property records, answered.

Is this an insurance assessment?

No. This is a complete visual and 3D condition record of your property: high-resolution imagery, an orthomosaic map, and an interactive 3D model. You own it and can share it with your insurer, contractor, or roofer. It is not a structural, engineering, or insurance assessment. We capture and deliver the record. We don't assess, adjust, or handle claims, and we don't certify or diagnose. How the record is used in a claim is between you and the professionals you bring in. What we give you is dated, detailed proof of what was there.

Do I own the files?

Yes. The whole record is delivered to a shared client folder that's yours: the imagery, the orthomosaic, and the interactive 3D model. Open it, download it, archive it, and forward it to whoever needs to see it. It's your dated baseline to keep for years, and we don't lock it away or charge to hand it back. Incidental imagery of neighbouring property is never published, and we publish your capture only with your written permission.

How is this different from a roof inspection?

Scope. A roof inspection captures one structure: your roof and exterior, in detail, for you and your roofer. A full-property record captures the entire property: the house and every roofline, the outbuildings, the grounds, and the vineyard or acreage, delivered as imagery, an orthomosaic, and an interactive 3D model. The roof check is the entry point. The full-property record and digital twin are the complete picture, held as a baseline you own.

What if something happens later?

That's exactly what the baseline is for. You capture the "before" now, while everything is intact. If wildfire, storm, or damage ever hits, we re-capture the "after" from the same vantage, and you hold both. Dated proof of what was there and what changed, side by side, to share with your insurer, contractor, or roofer. The whole value is having the "before" already in hand on the day you need it, because it can't be captured after the fact.
