The dated record · Before, and after
A dated record only helps if it exists before you need it. If wildfire, storm, or damage ever hits, I re-fly the property and you hold both records side by side: what was there, and what changed.
This is a demonstration capture: sharp, located, exactly what was there on the day. If damage ever comes, I re-fly the same property and you hold the pair. I don't show a made-up before-and-after; an "after" only exists once a real re-flight has happened.
How people use it
The same flight serves different people in different ways. These are the three most common.
Place a shed, plan a driveway, follow a fence line, or brief a contractor with the whole property in front of you. Working off a clear overhead map beats pacing it out, and the map is lined up so distances and areas hold true.
The Okanagan lives with wildfire and storm risk every season. A dated record made now means that if a claim or a disagreement ever comes down to "what was there before," you have proof instead of memory and old phone photos. Also useful before a sale or a renovation.
An owner who lives elsewhere, a buyer, a designer, or family. Send one link and they can look over the whole property, and walk through the 3D view, right in their browser. Some clients use it simply to show a place off: a winery's grounds, a venue, a family property.

By law, legal property lines come from a licensed land surveyor, and engineering or insurance verdicts come from those professionals. Our files are organized to hand straight to them, so the record you get from us is the evidence that makes their job faster.
How it runs
A property flight is a single, low-disruption visit, and the finished map, photos, and 3D view arrive as one link a few business days later. Do it once, or have me come back and re-fly it later so you can compare then and now. We'd set that up whenever you want it.

Photos that happen to include neighbouring property are never published, and I publish your capture only with your written permission.

Yes. If your designer, builder, or mapping person wants to work with the raw files, I can include them alongside the plain versions: the georeferenced map file (GeoTIFF), the 3D files, and a Google Earth file that opens the map right on the globe. Just say so when you book.
