Vineyard Crop Intelligence · Capability & live sample

See every vine's health from the air.

A real drone multispectral flight, turned into an interactive picture of vine health you can explore block by block. Switch between the photo and five health maps, fade between them, and zoom right into the rows. This is a live sample: the same flight and report we would deliver for your vineyard, monthly.

Explore the vineyard

Your vines, five ways. Pick a block, pick a map, fade between them.

Start on the Photo, then switch to a health map. Green is stronger vines, red and orange are weaker, graded relative to that block in DJI Terra's colours. Use the slider to fade between the photo and the map, and scroll to zoom into individual rows. Then open the Scout tab for the read we hand you: where to look first in each block, what it could be, and how to confirm it on the ground.

How to read every map

The colour grades the vines on a curve within each block. Green is the strongest, red the weakest. Red does not mean dead, it means look here first. There are two families:

How much canopy (vigour)

NDVI and OSAVI. The size and density of the leaf canopy. How big is the vine.

How healthy the canopy is

NDRE, GNDVI and LCI. Chlorophyll and nitrogen, how well fed the leaves are. How healthy is the vine.

Read them together

A vine that is big but pale (good vigour, low chlorophyll) is the sneaky early-stress case neither family catches alone.

Everything this flight can give you

One multispectral mission produces far more than pretty maps. Here is the honest breakdown: what we deliver from a single flight, and what each upgrade unlocks.

The recurring value

A season-long picture, not a snapshot

One flight is a moment. The value is the baseline you build. Figures reported in precision-viticulture studies, shown as potential to prove on your own blocks:

20 to 50%Water savings reported from imagery-guided irrigation
~10 to 15%Revenue from vigour-zone selective harvest
~30 daysTo catch an emerging irrigation fault, vs year end
NDREFlags stress before it is visible to the eye
Two drones, one picture. The Mavic 3 Multispectral reads vine health (the maps above). The RTK Matrice 4E adds centimetre detail and 3D terrain. Together, the complete view of what is happening and why.

Straight talk

What it can, and cannot, do

Does reliably

Maps relative vigour, chlorophyll and stress, block by block, row by row. Flags where irrigation is not even and pinpoints it. Catches decline early (NDRE). Builds a comparable monthly trend with calibration.

Does not do (alone)

Measure soil moisture or vine water directly (it shows the plant's response). Tell over-watering from under-watering by imagery alone. Find a live buried leak (that is a thermal job, a future add-on). Diagnose why a zone is weak (ground-truth confirms the cause).

Next step

Let's fly your first block.

A single calibrated multispectral and RTK capture, ground-truthed to your own probes, with a full report and a live viewer like this one, so you see exactly what this gives you before committing to the season.
